Together they have been managing, designing, building, and supporting these activities for the oil and gas industry for many years.
BASE Engineering is a US DOT Design Certifying Engineering facility. Their products are built to rigid safety, environmental, and durability codes including ROHS lead-free for use in explosive environments, UL and CSA certified for use in industrial plant Applications, FCC and CE approved radio designs.
The ASKW Emergency Stop hand held is rugged, weather-proof and reliable, even in the most hazardous environments. Providing a mobile, out of cab safety solution, this handheld is the result of over 20 years' worth of industry expertise and real world experience. The ASKW system is available with one to eight control buttons and over the past 20 years, the system has demonstrated outstanding performance and reliability.
The BASEstation Android gives the operator a richer and fuller screen interface than the handheld alone. It is ideal for when truck driver input is required while insidethe cab of the truck. It can also be mobile for times when data capture is required outside of the truck.
The ProControl3 Integrated Fuel Delivery System is an advanced remote control, giving the operator full wireless control over key truck functions and the fuel delivery system from the end of the hose. Designed to work seamlessly with the BASEstation platform and other industry leading delivery systems.
Designed specifically for propane, anhydrous ammonia and butane transports. DCE certified to meet or exceed all US DOT CFR49 and Transport Canada CSA B620 regulations. These systems continually monitor the off-loading process, looking for a rapid change in discharge pressure. These systems detect a separated hose, failed connection or slow leak and close the tank internal valve within 1/2 second.
Auxiliary control panel available for LDSl00 and LDS200 systems to allow driver's side unloading control. Multiple configuration options are available for Canadian applications requiring "off truck remote shutdown" functionality.
